I have had a dog for a pet my entire life, since the day I was born! I have loved animals so much that I owned and operated a doggie day care for several years before giving birth to my son and having to choose a real baby over my fur babies (and their parents!) that became family to me. I have taught several intro to obedience classes and believe very firmly in the power of positive reinforcement and dogs' desire to just make people happy. I have one son and work part time so that I am home with him, and with my own dog and cat. My goal is to find neighbors' dogs to walk or complete in-home visits for so that owners come home to a happy, tired dog, instead of a lonely, destructive one. I am happy to spend some lap time with cats as well and am not bothered by pet hair of any kind.
