I’m a dog mum to a two and a half year old australian labradoodle (baby bear) called Gussie and I’d love to help you look after your poodle-cross dog (I’m allergic to dogs which shed unfortunately). I know what it’s like to at times struggle to find dog care you feel you can trust as I’m a single dog mum myself and have struggled in the past and I thought I’d offer up my services to help when I can to other dog parents such as myself. I’ve trained and looked after my wee bear since he was 11 weeks old and both of my sisters have labradoodles, one of whom is 7 years old, so I’ve been gaining pet care experience since he was a pup - though the learning you gain when you have your own dog is second to none. I’m really confident with dogs and generally just love them. I’m always stopping every few minutes on mine and Gussie’s walks to pet or say hi to the dogs we meet in Battersea Park. I live just across the road from the park literally so it’s easy for our at least daily walks there. My dog Gussie is really friendly so you’d have no worries there, though of course it’s imperative that your dog and mine would meet before we commit to a full day of care just in case they don’t for any reason, but I’m very confident. He’s a good boy.
