I have grown up around many different animals and cared for them nearly my entire life. I was a vet tech for 4 years and greatly enjoy taking care of fur babies. Your pets will be loved and taken care of! I love to spoil them and give as many belly scratches as they can stand.

Sarah has watched our pets in our home while we were on vacation for the last few years now and is awesome! We've come home to a clean home with happy animal's just as we had left! We've had our 2 dogs, a few cats, guinea pig, and our multiple chickens that she's looked after and shown love. It's comforting knowing your pets and home are in good hands!!!
Such an inspiring young woman, so caring and kind. She will go beyond any expectations you could ever expect. If you Aninal normally dosent take to strangers get Sarah a few minutes with them and she will win them over. I have used her On several occasions and every time everything was what just what we wanted and more. Harlo our finicky cat whom only likes her mom and dad and will not even make an appearance if anyone is around has found a new love. We went on vacation and Sarah was to stop by and feed and water her and that’s all we ask of her to do. Little did we know she was not only feed and watering her , She would spend a couple of hours here with her to let her she wasn’t left behind. We used to used her to take care of our beloved princess but she lost the fight at age 15. She would feed and water her walk her even bath her. She would give her medicine she needed because she was old and had arthritis. She would massage her to sleep . I trusted her so much even though Princess was very ill Sarah was a former vet tech so I new she was in good hands. I hope this helps you decide
Sarah has watched my pets multiple times and is always great! She is an experienced pet mom herself and I know she gives everybody lots of loving while I’m gone. I fully trust her with all of my critters and in my home.

I take into account what the pet(s) current schedule is like, their activity level and age. I enjoy taking my pup to the trail at IOOF park and she loves looking at the ducks! That may not work for every dog so it will depend on your comfort level as well as the pets limitations. It's important to take note of the temperature of the day if it's safe for them to walk on certain pavements/concrete. I also always carry water and treats with me when walking no matter what.

I would like to know if your dog or cat has special needs, allergies, triggers or anything you feel I should know. I am capable of administering medications while there if needed. Does your pet have dietary restrictions? Separation anxiety? Are they especially sensitive to the heat?
A typical day
I love to keep the pets I watch happy and preoccupied while there. Pets need a lot of stimulation so they (and you) can sleep soundly at night. Also, playing with dogs is the best part of the job! Not only do I enjoy puppies and adult dogs that are playful but also senior dogs. I will account for their limitations and daily activities. Senior dogs walks tend to be more mild, and if they seem uncomfortable at any moment-I will retreat back to the comfort of their at home environment. I have a special place in my heart for cats too (I may be a crazy cat lady) and have occasionally walked cats but I do have stipulations for this service depending on temperament, type of harness you have, and overall neighborhood (I do not take cats to parks due to safety concerns) and generally only go a route specifically selected by the owner that the cat has frequented before. Apart from walks, just coming over to play or keeping up with feeding times is available.

I currently go to school online as I am working on my bachelor's degree so I have lots of time to spend with pets. The hours I have listed as available are completely open for an abundance of cuddles and walks!
