Pet care experience
I had a rescued dog who died in May from epilepsy. Before she had her first siezure 7 years ago I had never witnessed a dog going through that. She was a wild puppy who kept me on my feet, but she always came when I whistled for her. I'm not quite ready to replace her but I sure miss the company of a dog on a leash walking through the neighborhood!

I have a door off the kitchen that opens to the backyare. It is easy access to the backyard which is a good way to start the day. After breakfast I always took my dogf for a walk in the neighborhood, followed by a nap on the couch while I get some computer work done. Who can complain about such a schedule?

I have 2 cages of my own that can be used if need be while your dog is staying with me. One cage is small, the other is large. Please let me know if your pupper has any special quirks I should know about. My cats are quite friendly and are used to snuggling on the couch. Betty my parrot will always have something to say!
A typical day
We can play in the yard, dig in the snow, or go for a walkie! We can snuggle under a blanket and watch bad TV on the couch when it is time to chill out.

Availability
I take pilates classes 5 days a week but I spend the rest of my time working on projects here at home. My yard is fenced in and I love to spend time out back in the sunshine.
