Pet care experience
I've grown up with about every animal you can imagine -- dogs, cats, horses, lizards, guinea pigs -- you name it! To me, pets are valued members of the family and I strive to treat all animals like they are my own. So much of my pet-caring philosophy comes from my Christian faith. There is no animal too big or too small, and we should cherish the gift that animals are. I'm available to care for your furry (or hairless!) friend whenever you may need an extra hand. I also have experience caring for animals with disabilities (my family dog is a feisty tripaw!). Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Sarah is the best!
Sarah was great! Provided lots of great, clear, and high quality pictures. Including ones of the litter box and food, which eased our anxious pet owning hearts :) Came on time and seemed to enjoy herself with the kitties. We came home to some happy and healthy cats, cleaned out litter, and full dry food bowls. Will definitely use again.
Sarah was great with my cat Cody! This was the first time I left him overnight so I was pretty anxious about it. She spent over 30 minutes with him during her drop-in visits and kept me updated with pictures and lots of info about how he was doing. Sarah was super responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend :)
Sarah is great for waking your dog. She will go above and beyond to walk your dog, she is by far the best Rover sitter I’ve had.

I prefer to know your dog's friendliness with other dogs (can they handle dog parks, do they like to say hello to other dogs, are there certain breeds they don't vibe with?), as well as any behavioral information. For example, does your dog tug or lunge for squirrels or cats? Are the known to nip? The more information the better so I can keep your bff safe!
A typical day
The Navy Yard waterfront is such a great loop. There is also a gated dog park nearby for friendly dogs! But if your pup is more of a lone wolf, the two of us can walk (or jog!) around the river front and up around the Hill.

I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I can pop in to check in on your pet, or take them for a long walk, morning, afternoon, or evening.
