As a current veterinary assistant with a huge heart for animals, i would love the opportunity to help take care of your furry friend! My family dogs are your typical huskies - lovey and loyal while also being “expressive” and unruly. I also have 1 year of experience volunteering at the local humane society where I worked with dogs of all sizes and temperaments and I attended several professional training sessions to learn about dog body language and stress signs. All of these have given me experience recognizing and working with a large range of dog behaviors (leash pulling, not listening to commands, leash reactivity, you name it). As a vet assistant i can administer medications, fluids, etc, and can safely work with dogs who require extra love sometimes (muzzles, etc).
