Pet care experience
Hi! I am a friendly and passionate dog (and cat!) lover who has all the time in the world to care for your pet while you’re away. I’ve been a mom to many animals including dogs (from shih-tzus to black labs), cats, guinea pigs and turtles! I currently have 3 fur babes of my own; an energetic and goofy black and white boxer mix named Kenry and a cuddly, a spunky whippet mix and an adorable feline named Penelope (lil P for short). During the school year I work w K-5th grade students as a speech-language pathologist and am excited to change it up over the summer by caring for animals .... and hopefully getting some exercise and sun while I’m at it! Currently available on weekends and weekday evenings :)

Sarah is the most amazing sitter we have ever had. She genuinely cares about our animals and they know they are safe and taken care of when she is around. Our cat got sick while we were out of the country and she went above and beyond to give him all of his meds and care that he needed
Sarah and her husband are a wonderful dog-loving couple! I needed a last-minute sitter for my beloved aging rescue Callie, and they not only agreed but were great with my almost-completely-deaf dog, who can be grumpy in her old age. Sarah and Matt have two cute pups who were tolerant of my girl, and I was so relieved and pleased that they got along. Sarah sent pictures of Callie and I could tell she really liked being with them. So happy to have a found a great substitute family for my dog, and I will definitely use them in the future if they are available! :Highly recommended! -)
My dogs immediately took to Sarah. Sarah not only took great care of my dogs she interacted with them. Sarah left notes as needed and asked questions if necessary. She is confident, competent, and caring. Sarah was also considerate of my home and made sure it was secured when she left. I will be using her service when needed.

I would like to know if there any concerning behaviors, such as aggression toward other dogs, cats or children. Also, any known allergies or caution I would need tot take (i.e. scared of loud noises, likes to jump or pull, etc.). I would also like to know their preference for play (cuddles on the couch or physically tiring tug of war).
A typical day
We have a partly fenced yard and large grassy fields super close! We typically leash walk our babes but also frequent the dog park. Our neighborhood is great for long walks and if your fur baby likes the dog park, there is a great park close by with very friendly dogs that frequent it :)

Availability
I work in the schools, so I’m available on weekends and later afternoon/evenings on the weekdays. In the summer, my schedule opens up significantly and I am available all the time!
