Pet care experience
I have been walking and dog sitting for about 15 years now. I worked for Sierra’s pet stroll in northern Virginia for a year before transferring to college in North Carolina. I studied public health and love to be active and outside all of the time! I have watched dogs of all sizes and breeds, and am comfortable with any dog or animal. I have experience pet sitting overnight for long and short periods of time. I’m a lover of all animals and have a pit mix with my family in VA. Before her, I had a yellow lab and German Sheperd. And currently, I have a rough collie here in Wilmington who is 3.5 years old. I’m available to come in and out throughout the week and am home full time on the weekends. I can provide references upon request!

This is our second time using Rover.com and our first time with Sarah. Sarah was wonderful. The pups really enjoyed there time with her. The house was cleaned and well kept. She is amazing!!!
Sarah was awesome, she was nothing but sweet and kept us updated on how the dogs were doing all week. We have to rambunctious pits that love to rough house and she was incredible with them. Definitely book this sitter.
Sarah was a wonderful sitter for my 2 pups! She sent pictures and updates at each visit, was on-time to all requested visits and I came home to see 2 happy pups. I would definitely recommend Sarah and will continue to use her in the future!

I love all breeds as I grew up with a German Shepard, yellow lab, and now have a 40 pound pit mix. I’d want to know if there are set rules you have. For example, no jumping, only one or two treats, etc.
A typical day
I love finding new trails to walk and going for runs. If you have a set route you take, I’m flexible for anything your pet loves to do! We will run, walk, and have lots of play time!
