Pet care experience
I grew up in a house full of all kinds of animals. I have experience with all sizes and many breeds. I also have experience administering medications by mouth, in the ear, mixing with food, and some experience through injection. Some furballs need extra care and I am here to make sure all of your pets' needs are met!

I live in an apartment building with many locked doors between your pet and the busy street. I have a fenced-in backyard that has plenty of space to run around and play! I also have an extra bedroom that can be quickly transformed to fit the needs of your pet. The bedroom has a dog bed, XL dog crate, and plenty of fun toys to keep your pet busy. I can also take your pup to the nearby dog park to socialize. (Note: For safety, I will only bring your pet to the dog park if they are well-trained with exceptional recall and get along well with others.) My partner does WFH so there will always be a trusted eye on your pet should I need to step out of the house for a short shift. I also have cameras set up to keep an eye on your pet if I need to run a quick errand that the pup can't tag along for. I do have 2 friendly cats at home (they have experience with other pets) and have a 2-story apartment, so there is plenty of space to separate the pets if necessary.

I am currently a part-time doggy attendant at a Philadelphia-based doggy daycare (Dog School). Currently, I am working towards picking up shifts all 5 days of the week but my shifts are split in half, meaning they are only 3-4 hours long and I have a 4-5 hour grace period before the next shift. I will have your pet up, fed, and walked early in the morning as my first shift starts at 7:30 am and ends at 11:30 am. There will be plenty of time for midday walks and playtime. My evening shifts start at 4 pm and end at 7 pm, just in time to feed your pet dinner followed by an evening walk. Starting in March, on Fridays, I will only work from 7:30 am to 11:30 am and the rest of my time will be spent taking care of your pet! On the weekends, I do not have any work obligations so I can give full attention to your pet.
