Pet care experience
I grew up on a small Missouri farm taking care of all kinds of animals. I used to train horses, and I even helped raise a husky puppy (no small task, let me tell you—SO MISCHIEVOUS).

This is the second time that we booked a petting sitting stay with Sarah. She was fabulous with taking care of our older retriever and two cats! I can walk, feed, water, or offer playtime depending on your pet's preferences! For instance, the Pomeranian on my profile (Lieutenant Dan!) prefers short walks and to eat his meds in melted cheese. He likes you to break up his big treats into small sizes to eat, loves eating his kibble ONLY off a paper towel, and is happiest lounging on his own giant pillow on the couch. He has a bad habit of licking his paw pads too much, so you have to watch him. He doesn't like to cuddle, but he does love tug-of-war! Love that pup. <3 If you need someone to pet-sit while you're away, I'd be happy to clean pet cages, litter boxes, and the like to keep your critters clean and happy.

Some dogs are more finicky than others. I'd love to know: 1. What are their food habits/preferences? 2. What are the treat rules? 3. Are they leash trained? 4. Do they get along well with other dogs (in case we meet some on our walks)? 5. Do they have any bad habits I should be on the lookout for? 6. What are their playtime preferences?
A typical day
It's largely up to you! Food, potty time, walks, and play time are the highlights, of course. If the pet parents are ok with it... For more energetic pups, I'd be glad to take them to a larger park for longer walks! If your dog has a favorite spot, let me know! For smaller dogs who really like company, I'd be glad to bring them with me any time I'm out running errands. (Don't worry--pups never get left in the car. Big no no!)

Availability
I work remotely from home--and pup-time brain breaks are my favorite thing! I make my own schedule so it's very easy to adapt to different doggy habits. I'm not in a season to have my own pets, which means I'm very flexible to you and yours. :)
