As a compassionate and active dog-lover, I will give quality time to your pet! Whether it be by running or walking through the neighborhood, your dog will have its needs met! I am available to walk your dog every day all summer with the exception of Sundays and every Saturday and all school days after 3:30 during the school year. I'm thrilled to dog sit anytime! I am a full-time elementary teacher who is surrounded by the love and energy of children daily, and will enthusiastically and actively show the same energy while caring for your pet. Boarding dogs fills me with a joy only dogs can give, and since we don't currently own a dog, your furry friend will receive undivided love and attention while staying with me. I grew up with one and enjoy my regular interactions with dogs. I look forward to serving you with a smile and loving your furry friend as my own!

Sarah was amazing to work with! She took wonderful care of our Corgi while we were gone for 2 weeks. She sent photos of them on walks and playing with his toys. Our dog is generally well-behaved, but he can be a lot since he’s a very active, energetic, young Corgi. She didn’t seem to have any issues handling him or keeping him well-entertained. When we picked him up, he showed no signs of having been stressed! We’re so thankful that a friend recommended Sarah to us, and we’d recommend her to anyone as well!
Sarah was great! She kept us updated and sent us pictures during the week. When our flight got cancelled she was amazing and was willing to keep our dog until we could make it home. I would definitely recommend Sarah and we will be having her watch our dog again!
Sarah was great! She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond when my dog was being a fussy eater. Absolutely would have Sarah watch him again!

I usually like to learn the feeding routine, where dogs are most comfortable chilling while I’m gone (crate, couch, etc.), where they like to sleep, any medical concerns, and how they usually respond to other dogs or in a new environment.
A typical day
Your dog can count on a walk from my house to Huff Park and Ball-Perkins Park, my two favorite neighborhood parks! I also enjoy bringing dogs to socialize with other dogs if I learn ahead of time that it is something the dog would do well with.

Availability
I am a full-time teacher so I usually leave around 8:00 and return around 3:30 each day. Before I leave I will bring your dog for a walk, feed it, and give lots of love. In the afternoon and evening I’m usually home and love to spend my time interacting with and stimulating the dogs staying with me.
