We love dogs, and we'll take good care of yours! We are a family of five people, plus Ollie and Lucy. We all love hosting dogs, and our family has had many guests over the last six years! We have a well fenced yard with a pool that has shallow beaches. Dogs can be outside or inside with the dog door (medium sized door will not work for big dogs), and we let dogs who are too big for the dog door in and out through the back door frequently. We'll do our best to accommodate your pet so you don't have to worry while you are away!

Maggie stayed with Sarah and her family for the first time over spring break. Sarah knew that Maggie was a little nervous (so was I!) and made both of us feel at ease right away. Sarah consistently sent me pictures of Maggie snuggling with the family, swimming in their pool, and playing with their dogs, who she loved just as much as the humans!! Sarah’s love & care for Maggie was so apparent and she treated Maggie like one of her own pets. Maggie came home happy, tired, and I think a little sad to leave Sarah’s house. We won’t hesitate to use Sarah again to provide the best care for our sweet girl!
Sarah went above and beyond for my dog Bella! Poor Sarah!!! She was giving my dog prednisone due to an eye irritant and had to put warm compresses three times a day on Bella’s eye. Bella was not her usual self and required more maintenance than Sarah had expected. Sarah was a terrific communicator and I felt confident Bella was in good hands! You will not be disappointed should you opt to hire Sarah for your doggy care! 5 STARS all the way!

We have a well fenced, secure yard and a medium dog door. We also let the dogs in and out constantly, so they can choose where they want to be. We have big boxes of toys and chews. Dogs are welcome on the couches and chairs. We have a pool that is not fenced, so visiting dogs must be able to swim, even though most don't actually do so. The pool has 3 shallow beach style points of entry /exit. Most dogs enjoy playing and cooling off on the "beaches".

A typical day
Your dog(s) will have instant playmates in our dogs, who are accustomed to hosting other dogs and are lots of fun. We often play fetch and love to take walks. There is a park behind our house, too. Some dogs like to swim in our pool, but most just enjoy the beaches where they can splash and get wet. We don't take aggressive dogs. Also, we prefer to host a max of two dogs at a time. Given that stays overlap and it's hard turning away returning guests, we sometimes have more, especially at peak travel times. We appreciate dogs arriving and leaving between 10am and 10pm only. Thanks!

I'm a stay at home mom, so I'm with our dogs (and yours) most of the time. We have two very friendly dogs, so your dog will have constant companions and fun! My son and husband love on our visiting dogs, too. Some guests choose to sleep with our son.
