Pet care experience
I work as a dog daycare attendant but am currently taking a break to pursue school so I’m home full-time. Being around dogs every day is my passion and what better way to do that than Rover! I grew up with boxers and have a soft spot for bully breeds but I have experience caring for dogs of all kinds. My experience in animal care means that I’m equipped to handle dogs with special needs, puppies, senior dogs, dogs with behavioral issues, and timid dogs that require a little extra love. I hope to someday become a freelance dog trainer specializing in dog psychology.

Sarah took great care of Tucker and Sadie. She frequently sent picture updates and descriptions of puppy nuances and silly stories. She is knowledgeable on how to care for your animals because of her past experience with professional doggy day care. When I picked up the dogs after 17 days they were clean, happy and calm. I recommend Sarah for any of your pet care needs!

Boarding: I do not have a fenced in yard so please bring your dogs leash if they will be boarding with me and I will provide walks on whatever schedule your dog prefers/is used to. I do have leads to use as an alternative. If your dog is crate trained, please bring your dogs crate/bed so they will be as comfortable in the new environment as possible. If your dog is used to being able to roam, that is more than fine. If your dog has any special toys or treats, please bring those too! Let me know what kinds of activities your dog enjoys and I’ll be sure to keep that in mind during their stay :) I have no animals in my home other than a snake named skeletor. He never leaves his tank when other animals are in the house!

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs of behavioral problems that I need to look out for. If your dog is destructive when alone or has separation anxiety, that’s vital information and won’t prevent me from taking in your pet. Please also let me know about your dogs energy level, resource guarding tendencies, temperament with both humans and other dogs, feeding schedule, exercise schedule, and anything else you think I should know. I will most likely ask you all of these questions during a meet and greet!
A typical day
A typical day with your dog just depends on what your dog likes to do! Every dog is special and unique. If your dog likes to play fetch in the park, we’ll do that! If your dog likes to go on runs, we’ll do that! If your dog prefers to cuddle on the couch, we’ll do that!

My schedule is completely open currently! I’m a full time student and finished with summer classes so I have more than enough time to give your pup the time and attention they need! If I’m coming to your residence to walk or pet sit, I only operate within city limits.
