Your dog deserves V.I.P. treatment!

Pet care experience

Dogs have been a big part of my life for over 30 years. From fostering to in home boarding, clients know their dogs are in good hands. I treat each pet like they belong to me and I make sure they know they're loved. From the time they walk through the door, I put them at ease, gain their trust, and provide a safe, fun and playful atmosphere they'll thrive in. I have a senior dog and have worked with fosters that were grieving or came from abusive homes. When your pet lives in my home, you can expect them to be treated like the Very Important Pets that they are.

Sarah took excellent care of my King Charles Cavalier for over a week - she obviously is a huge dog lover and I felt comfortable knowing that my dog was in such capable hands!

Fantastic experience with, Sarah, from the initial meet-and-greet, through final pick-up! Great communication, helpful/consistent updates for Bando's extended stay, and never had any concerns that he wasn't getting what he needed. Thank you!

Sarah was such an awesome dog sitter! She was very kind to our dog and sent lots of pictures as well. I felt very comfortable having her take care of Hamilton.

Sarah loves my dog Frank! She is like his aunt and I never worry when Frank is in her care. She has had him overnight and during the day. Frank needs daily medication and Sarah is right on top of his meds and feeding schedule. Sarah like to go on walks and sit outside on her porch with him. Frank loves to cuddle with Sarah on her sofa and is always happy to see her. I would highly recommend Sarah to care for your dog!

Safety, trust & environment

While I don't have a fenced yard, I do have tie outs and i always leash and or harness my dogs. I pay close attention to instructions, ask questions prior to the stay. If your dog needs to be crated during the day to feel safe, that is no problem. I only allow two dogs at a time so everyone gets enough attention.

Home

Lives in a house
Has an unfenced yard
Non-smoking household
Has 1 dog
No children present

Information Sarah C. would like to know about your pet

I would need to know about things like separation anxiety, aggression, medications, shyness, hiding when scared, eating habits, medical issues etc. How your dog behave around other animals on walks.

A typical day

We're out the door upon waking to take a walk and then back home to eat breakfast followed by play time and a nap while I work. In the afternoon, we may go to the dog park, and sit on the patio. Depending on what your dog likes to play with, well get another play session in mid afternoon to evening. I have many options for walking, including dog parks and nature paths adjacent to my development.

As a freelance writer, I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to care for your baby. There are a few nice dog parks nearby and I am near several walking trails. I also see a lot of wildlife out my patio window that can provide your dog with entertainment.
