Pet care experience
My husband and I love, love, love dogs! I am a local public school teacher, thus I have passed multiple background checks. My husband is an architect working from home so unless we go on a family activity or errand, he will be home with the dog all day! We only board one client at a time, but your pup must get along with our boxer Ginger.

Awesome experience booking with Sarah C. Very responsive and accommodating from the initial request to booking, to drop off through to pickup. This was our first time using Rover and I was extremely pleased at how everything worked out so well. Sarah and her family (including Ginger, their Boxer) were very welcoming and patient with our Quinn as she adjusted to her new surroundings. Quinn has only had a couple of overnights without us at different places and tends not to eat like she would regularly, losing weight in the process. It’s a testament to Sarah and her welcoming nature that Quinn actually ate like normal and felt a part of their extended family. Sarah also shared pictures and gave periodic updates throughout our booking (which was done on short notice). Would definitely book with her again and recommend to anyone in need of services. Very thankful for having had such a positive experience.

This was the best dog boarding place, for Piper, Sarah was attentive, loves dogs, walked Piper several times a day, sent me pictures and updates on Piper throughout the vacation. Piper seamed very happy to the point that she was not as excited as usual to come home. :)). I recommend Sarah dog boarding service as best I have ever used.

We do have a 2 year old who is very used to dogs and has been taught to not 'push' dogs to their limits, yet still we require any dog we board to be child friendly. We have a fenced in yard for the pups to run around in. We do keep a particularly clean house, so upon arrival I will shampoo your dog, if your dog is aggressive during a bath, please do not board with us. Please also be honest about whether the dog is used to sleeping in bed with you or not. We do not allow dogs into our bed. We hope to meet you soon!

With the existing dog in the home and our 2-year-old in the home, a meet and greet in our home ahead of time is ideal.
A typical day
Jacob and the 2 year old work from home all day, but will enjoy some play time around breakfast time. Everyone hangs out in the afternoon and we usually do a walk or family time in the fenced in yard in the evening, so that will tire the pups for bedtime!

Jacob works from home 'with Grace' so they will be around for pets mostly all day every day other than errands and activities! We usually have family time in the yard around dinner time and/or an afternoon walk, so pup will get extra love in the evenings!
