Veterinarian in the making
Pet care experience
I have had 5 years of experience pet sitting within my own home and 10 years of experience caring for several different animals of my own as well as others. I am currently studying to become a veterinarian at the University of Missouri CVM, so I obtain the skills to properly care for your pet both in calm and in emergency situations. I do have some clinical experience so I will be able to ensure your pets safety at all times. In addition to training experience with both dogs and cats, I have a flexible class schedule allowing me to make drop in visits or potty breaks every 3 hours. Although I live in an apartment, I have a small fenced in yard and live near a dog park where I can take your pet to run off some extra energy!
Reviews
Sarah was wonderful.
Sarah was great with my two dogs. She was very responsive, sent great pictures, and provided feedback. I enjoyed working with her.
Sarah is amazing. She was excellent with our puppy who was recovering from surgery. Hank loved spending time with her. We will definitely book her again.
As always, Sarah is right on time and has been great with our boys.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard and an overly energetic lab/coonhound puppy to keep your fur baby/babies company. We also have plenty of toys that Curtis doesn’t mind sharing!
Information Sarah C. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog/cat has any special needs or behaviors that I can account for, as well as any specific medications they may need.
A typical day
I like to create enrichment activities for my own puppy, so I’d love to implement that for your fur babies as well! These include snuffle mats for them to browse for food/treats, or puzzles for them to work in order for a reward/treat. I also love to take them to the dog park and play fetch or swim (weather permitting). If they don’t do well with other dogs, then I typically introduce them to my puppy slowly and let them each have their own toy so there won’t be any aggression issues together and play fetch in the back yard.

Availability
I’m currently in school and working part-time most nights, but I have plenty of time between classes and between class and work to drop in and take care of your fur babies.
