I have been an animal lover since I could walk and talk, and I have many fond memories of playtime surrounded by the family German Shepherds Heidi and Dusty. Early in my twenties I rescued a kitten named Remy and he completely stole my heart away and changed me to my core. I have since rescued another kitten and have become vegan in my goal to live life protecting and helping as many animals as I can. Prior to my arrival in Lakewood, Ohio, I had been a full time animal caregiver in Seattle, WA with an independent, all female company. Every weekday was a set schedule full of dog walks and cat visits, with overnights alternating every few weeks. I grew up with a dog always present in the family home, to my now two rescue kitties, one who will even go on walks with his harness. My extensive experience with animals has shown that the very best part of them, their hilarious and adorable personality, is often hidden, and only emerges once they feel comfortable and safe. I understand that animals need extensive and observant care, which is something I strive for and want to bring to each and every visit. I love the joy a walk brings to fur babies, and minute by minute, seeing the individual beauty in each and every playmate.
