Pet care experience
I started caring for dogs when I was a young child. Between volunteering at the Humane Society and being tasked with taking care of the dogs at my camp for five years, I always felt a special connection to dogs. My family got a dog 11 years ago and I spend a significant amount of time taking care of him when I am home. I also pet-sat and walked other people's dogs in high school fairly often. This past year I also walked dogs for another company before I moved to where I live now. I am generally fairly flexible, except for Saturdays, unless I am house-sitting in which case it is not a problem. I love walking, running, playing with, and making dogs feel loved.

I would like to know if your dog has issues with other dogs, if your dog is fully potty trained, and if there are any issues that may arise on walks. I would also like to know if your dog has any allergies or preferences in case I bring treats. I prefer labs, golden retrievers and the like, because they are especially close to my heart, but I absolutely love all dogs!
A typical day
I will first find out if you have any particular favorite spots to walk. This includes dog parks, if you are comfortable with that. I will walk your dog as often as possible while house sitting. We will also snuggle, play with whatever toys your dog likes, and maybe I will even teach your dog a trick or two.
