I have been comfortable with dogs since the day I was born. My parents were firm believers that children should be exposed to dogs at a young age to foster a bond between human and dog. No dog scares or intimidates me. I treat all dogs as they were my own, which is a coveted member of my family. In college, I was a veterinarian technician, with one of my main responsibilities was caring for and walking the dogs whom were boarding at the clinic. I became comfortable dealing with and learning mannerisms of a variety of breeds of dogs. I also incorporate dogs into my fitness, i.e. walking, running,, hiking, because I feel it is important to not only keep your self healthy and active, but your dogs as well.
