Sarah Beth has grown up around dogs. We've had a chow chow, a golden, a lab, and a very needy border collie! She has always been very gentle and caring with them. She fed them, brushed them, and was always willing to throw the ball or frisbee. Since she has lived on her own, she has adopted two shelter cats. They have been spoiled and well taken care of at all times. If you want a responsible, honest, college graduate to pet sit, she's a great choice!
Sarah Beth was a student of mine (and an excellent student, btw) who sat for us for over three years. Handling up to three giant breeds dogs (Leonbergers and Newfoundlands) at the same time is a huge challenge, and Sarah Beth never had a problem keeping them happy and healthy while keeping our house in as much order as a house can be with three giants. Giving medications, and different diets, was never an issue, she always adapted. I've had at least eight good house sitters/dog sitters over more than 30 years, without question Sarah Beth was the best. The only reason we stopped using her, was that we moved 1,200 miles away. (Hint, Sarah Beth loves Goldfish crackers.)

Availability
I work an 8-5 position that allows for me to take an hour lunch on a flexible schedule so there wouldn't be more than a 4-hour time period without a check-in or walk. Overnight house-sitting, after-work walks, and weekends fit best in my schedule.
