Pet care experience
I have been taking care of dogs for my entire adult life. Seeing dogs happy and reaching their needed activity level makes me so happy to see, there's nothing better than a smiling dog! I have extensive experience watching all kinds of dogs from senior to puppy dogs, large, small, aggressive, timid.. Basically, I would bet I have had experience with many dogs like yours! I love being outdoors with dogs in all seasons, regardless of weather, and also will leave your home even better than I found it! I have also faced many different situations while watching dogs, from needing to administer medication, to handling dogs that have chased deer over fences and out of the yard, to mediating scenarios in which an aggressive dog on a trail does something to harm a dog in my care and vice versa. Sarah is an incredible dog caretaker. She drove across country to pick up my dog and watch him for the summer while I was in Colombia. He stayed with her for six weeks in total. In that time, he joined her on hikes, a camping trip, mountain bike rides (/runs), and got to hang out with lots of doggie friends in her neighborhood. She is not only very connected to dogs, but has incredible control. My dog heeds her far more than he does me! She is always calm and collected, which keeps pups calm around her (and reminds them who is boss)! I cannot recommend Sarah to take care of your pup enough. She’s spectacular!
Sarah is like a second mom to my pups. She treats them like they are hers when she dogsits. She is responsible, caring, communicative with me, and goes above and beyond to make sure they are well taken care of. My dogs mean the world to me and I feel very at ease when they are with Sarah.

I have extensive knowledge of all kinds of trails throughout Summit County. If your dog is particularly social, I know exactly where to take him/her or if your dog needs to be on a trail without much contact with other humans or dogs, I also know where to find those trails. Depending on your dog, I can be in the outdoors hiking, running, biking with him/her as much as possible or I love hanging out and showing your dog some love!
