Opposite a park, resident dog is super friendly
Pet care experience
We’ve always had pets. Me and my 14 year old share our house with 1 dog and 2 cats and can only take cat friendly dogs. Our animals are all rescues and we have experience of looking after nervous dogs. Our current dog Mimi was very scared when we adopted her, not a shy bone in her now. Our cats have been raised with dogs and are super friendly.

Jeffrey absolutely loved his stay with Sarah and her daughter. Sarah was so warm and reassuring. She kept us up to date with how our dog was and accommodated all of Jeffrey’s need in his old age and multiple health conditions. He was very content and relaxed during his stay. Stan had a brilliant time at Sarah's, a testament to her, that he actually ate when he was with her. Stan normally won't eat his food for around 12 hours if I'm not around, even with my husband, so for Stan to eat is a huge sign he was happy. He came back tired 🤣 obviously been a busy boy. Thanks for taking such good care of Stan Sarah and we look forward to seeing you next week 😄
Being a fellow Rover sitter, my quest for the perfect sitter led me to believe I found her! Sarah, undaunted by Max's age and dietary preferences, happily adapted to his needs. She let him carve out his own cozy haven, flooding us with charming photos capturing Max's ever-wagging tail. He received an abundance of tender loving care from Sarah and her lovely family! With Christmas and New Year holding significance in family traditions, we're thrilled we chose Sarah, who graciously embraced Max into her home. A huge thank you, Sarah! Our other pets are incredibly friendly. Mimi our dog absolutely adores all other animals and we have never had a problem with her socially- even when other dogs are mean to her! Her main hobbies are playing and snoozing, she is a typical sight hound. We would obviously like to live in a harmonious home and would therefore ask that any dogs staying with us are good with cats please.

A typical day
I work from home and live opposite a lovely park. My dog Mimi loves playing with other dogs. I am able to provide both long and short walks with access to the garden at all times.

I work from home and live opposite a lovely Park so nip out to walk regularly. Dogs would rarely be left- apart from an occasional hour or so if I need to nip to the shops. Regular access to our secure back yard too. We have easy accessibility to the River Mersey, Sale Waterpark and Turn Moss and we walk to one of these places every day in addition to park walks for a sniff.
