Visits / Walks are from 7AM to 7PM. FOR ALL DOGS BOOKINGS: I’ve recently been attacked by a dog during a meet and greet with a client inside their own home. If you have a big dog, I’ll ask to meet you in a public place with a leash on at all times, even if your dog is the sweetest pup ever (which I’m sure they are ☺️). I’ll also ask you if your dog is up to date with his vaccines. For the time being, I am also refusing certain large breeds, until I feel comfortable again. Please contact me for more details. NO ERRANDS: Please make sure there’s enough food for your pets when you leave. I won’t be running errands. If a shortage happens, please have the food delivered to your place. KEYS: If you do not wish to leave keys hidden somewhere, we can plan ahead so you can drop them at my place before you leave for your trip. PARKING: we all know parking in LA is an adventure, but PLEASE do genuinely let me know in advance if parking situation is a nightmare, and make sure to have a temporary solution for during the visits. Thank you ☺️ CANCELLATION POLICY: you can always modify the schedule with more than 24h notice from first day of booking. Visits canceled with less than 24h notice will be charged 50%. Visits that can’t be performed when I’m already at your place (exemple: if you forgot to leave keys to access home) will also be charged. If you need me to drive back to your place a second time the same day, you’ll have to book another visit. SAFETY: To ensure safety, my husband may join me for every meet-and-greet requested. If a booking requires me to walk a dog at night, it can also happens that my husband joins me for obvious safety reasons.
