Pet care experience
I have grown up with a wide range of animals my entire life. My mom is a veterinarian technician so I am constantly listening and learning about proper animal care. I have watched people’s pets my whole life including cats, dogs, donkeys, bunnies, chickens, and reptiles.

Sarah has been wonderful with our senior dog, Franke! He is quite particular but loves when Sarah stays over. We have had Sarah stay at our house on three different occasions, once over 2 weeks. She is incredibly trustworthy and takes care of our furry family member and our house. We finally feel like we can travel again and not worry about Franke's care!

I need to know their medical situation along with any preferences from the owner. I am very flexible with adjusting to an animal’s needs. I want them to be happy and healthy.
A typical day
I would love to play creative outdoor and indoor games with them! Toys that require them to search for their treats are a lot of fun. I like taking dogs to the arboretum at JMU for walks… it is a perfect secluded place for them to let out their energy!!

Availability
I am a college student but I am currently able to be home in my town house to care for pets. I miss being around animals since I have moved in so I think this is the perfect opportunity.
