Pet care experience
I have over 20 years experience with helping friends and family take care of their furry loved ones while they are out of town, as well as growing up with pets and now have my own fur-baby, Daryl who is an 8 year old rescue that I adopted when he was 1 year old, who has typical skiddish rescue traits and food allergies. I am certified in Dog and Cat First Aid by the American Red Cross. I volunteer with Shelby County Humane society where I found Daryl as well as the Birmingham Zoo. I have experience helping with all ages of dogs and cats from puppy up to senior dogs as well as having experience with administering and watching over dogs taking oral meds with sedating effects. I’ve got rabbit experience as well !

Sarah is hands down the best rover we’ve had. Her communication is excellent, she’s thoughtful with the dogs and respectful of the house. She went above and beyond to make sure they were well taken care of. We would recommend her a million times over.

Sarah was absolutely wonderful with my two pit mixes. My 9 year old can be a bit leash reactive, and Sarah handled her with no problem. She was also great with my new foster dog who is extremely fearful. She took a ton of notes during our meet and greet, and she sent constant updates/photos during her stay. I am so grateful to have met someone so caring, trustworthy, and responsible with my babies! Can't wait to have her back the next time. :)
