Pet care experience
I’ve been around animals my whole life, and my first paying jobs were dog and cat-sitting for my neighbours. Since then I’ve been responsible for my own pets and feel very comfortable in many situations.

Our dog very much enjoyed his stay with Sarah. We were confident that he was being well cared for, and we were very appreciative of the frequent updates and pictures we received during his stay. Would definitely recommend!
Sarah has been great with our cat boots! We have booked Sarah multiple times already to watch over him. He loves being at her place and she is great at sending us regular updates and videos/photos of him when he’s there. He loves staying with her and we feel super comfortable leaving him there given how great of care Sarah provides!
Sarah takes great care of my boy and I know she has a lot of fun with him when he’s at her place. She keeps us updated and was able to show a lot of flexibility with us when our flight had some changes
Sarah was so excellent with our dog Piper. She accommodated our change in dates and was happy to do a meet and greet beforehand. We received pictures and updates every day and never had any issues with timely communication. Piper seemed so content and happy with her. We will definitely use Sarah again in the future!

I live in an apartment, but there are lots of green spaces and an off-leash park nearby for bathroom breaks and long walks. I’m happy to make your pet feel at home in my home, whether that is crating while I’m at work or overnight, or letting them wander freely. I am also available to stay in your home and care for your pet in their own environment where they might be more comfortable. I have experience giving medication to cats and dogs, should they require it, and plenty of cuddles and scritches will be provided! Very flexible, and I can take care of your baby exactly how you want it done. Please note, if you have an elderly dog, I live on the fourth floor of an apartment building with no elevator. If they are small to medium, I can carry them up and down the stairs, but if they’re large, I might not be the best fit.

I am willing to look after all dogs and cats. If they have special needs, please provide detailed care instructions. All breeds are welcome, and cats too! Please note, I will accept multiple pets only if they are from the same household.
A typical day
I live very close to the river pathways and McHugh Bluff park, so lots of time outside on walks is on the schedule! I usually have pretty low-key evenings, so some time spent at home playing and snuggling will wind down the evening. If you have a kitty, I’m well-versed in lots of play and snuggles as well!
