I always keep a close eye on pups I watch - and like to know the lay of the land typically before (if overnight). Fenced yards are great - I try to accompany the dog outside whenever I can.

I work from home Monday - Friday, usually 9-5, but very flexible. Weekends are quite open. I can set up my “office” anywhere, just need WiFi!
