Pet care experience
When I adopted my first puppy, I didn’t know what I was getting into, but I quickly jumped into the dog parent world and haven’t looked back. In the past few years, I’ve learned so much from many different trainers who have taught me about proper physical exercise as well as the importance of mental enrichment and stimulation for dogs. I’ve taken what I’ve learned to heart, implementing things like sniffaris and puzzle games into my own dog’s life as well as at a local shelter where I volunteer walking dogs. Now, the hard work has paid off as I enjoy life in Vermont with my 80-pound German Shepherd/Treeing Walker Coonhound mix who loves to hike, swim, and explore with me.

Sarah was a fantastic friend for Benny! She took him for walks, played in the yard, was very attentive to his needs and kept us in the loop on his activities. We’d recommend her to anyone!
Sarah is so sweet and took such good care of my pup! She takes lots of pictures and made sure to give him some water at the end of the walk. 10/10 would recommend :)
If I could give Sarah 10 stars, I would. She is trust worthy, reliable, and all around great with dogs. I have zero worries, knowing that Lizzie will have a great time with her.

I’m happy to come to your home to let your dogs out, tire them out with a play session or mental enrichment activity, go on a walk with them, take them on a jog, or take them somewhere for an adventure!

Let me know if your pet has any physical limitations or is reactive on leash (I’ve worked with reactive dogs in the past and am comfortable handling them). I’m also comfortable walking large dogs who might pull on leash, but again would like to know ahead of time so I can come prepared with treats (please also let me know if your dog has any food allergies or sensitivities).
A typical day
I love a good tug or fetch session! I also am a big fan of mental enrichment activities that work the dog’s brain, such as teaching new tricks, scavenger hunts, or obstacle courses.

Availability
I’m currently working remotely while preparing to start online grad school, so I have time throughout the day to take your dog out on a long walk or have a good play session! My schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most days or times.
