Hello! I am an animal lover who would love to look after your pets and provide them with love while you are away or just for a quick visit or walk. I’ve been dog sitting since a young age for my neighbors and have always been truly passionate about animals. I have an undergraduate degree in psychology and anthropology and have studied animal behavior through my course work. I plan to go on to get a PhD in animal behavior and cognition with a focus on non-human primates (monkeys and apes). While your pets aren’t as exotic as a monkeys the knowledge I’ve gained through my studies of behavior and working directly with monkeys puts me in a unique position to care for your pets. I have experience working with puppies to elderly dogs. I’ve worked as a sitter for Susquehanna Service Dogs looking after puppies in training to be service dogs, which includes normal dog sitting duties as well as assisting with training these future service dogs. My own two dogs have given me experience working with elderly dogs and what comes with it, giving medications etc.
