I'll Love Your Dog Like My Own

Pet care experience

Hello! I'm very responsible and have tons of free time--- I recently graduated law school and took the bar exam. I'm home all day currently, applying for jobs and awaiting on bar results. My only restriction is that I do not have a car and mostly rely on walking or the metro. I had a German Shepherd as a child, and then a Wire Fox Terrier until I was about 16 years old. I also had numerous fish and hermit crabs as pets along the years. I'm BFFs with a friend's Havanese, and my cousin's Sheltie. I have pet-sat/ house-sat for friends and family, mostly for dogs under 40 lbs. I immediately try to bond with the dog, and love when they follow me around. I'll talk to the dog through-out the day, and am excited for a new buddy to play with! I have a Fit-Bit (an avid competitor to get the most steps) and love talking lots of walks throughout the day.

I would recommend Sarah without reservation! She was very flexible and accommodating with taking care of our dog with last minute plans. Our dog got sick while we were away and Sarah went above and beyond to clean up after him and keep us informed. We will definitely book with Sarah again.

Sarah would be a wonderful dog sitter! She is attentive and great at making everyone feel at ease. She's willing to keep up with the activity need of each dog, whether it be a younger pup that requires numerous walks or an older dog that wants to relax on the couch together. She's detailed oriented and takes direction well, not to mention thoroughly and very intelligent- dog parents shouldn't worry about their dog if there is a particular schedule or process to follow; Sarah is up to it! Every dog owner should feel that leaving their dog with Sarah will result in nothing but a happy, safe pup.

Sarah has been a family friend for a few years now and she has been great with our dog! From when we got her as a puppy Sarah has gotten along wonderfully with the dog, helping watch Maisy when I need a last minute walker /dog. Maisy is a shy dog but Sarah is one of the few people she has warmed up to!

Sarah was one of the primary care-givers to our wire fox terrier. She was terrific at being very sensitive to his needs and moods. She played with him and loved to walk him. She's great with dogs and frequently cares for other pets in our extended family. You can count on her to be dependable, protective, very responsible, and best of all, incredibly kind and loving with dogs. I'd highly recommend her to walk your dog or provide care.
