Pet care experience
I am a very active person, and I enjoy walking/running, feeding, and taking care of any kind of pets on the side for my goal of saving up for a car for PA school! I am a current college student about to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. I am also a BIG outdoors person with lots of energy especially for those high energy pets!🏃🏻♀️ I have lots of experiences with pet sitting including walking a 70lb dog for 4 months 3x a week, cat sitting for college friends (2 days-1 week each time), multiple 1-3 night stays for 3 large dogs, dog walking for neighbors, and other random pet sitting! I decided to join Rover because of my love for animals. I have been living vicariously through my pet owner friends, family, and neighbors, and I am excited I get to do that on Rover! I am a fast learner, and I am happy to help out with any pet sitting needed. I’m also very comfortable with house sitting as I understand how hard it can be to have your pets somewhere else/alone while you’re away! Locations I prefer are Hoover, Mountain Brook, Vestavia, and Birmingham, but willing to travel outside of that to accommodate you!🚗 I am a BIG picture taker and great at updating pet owners with pictures and text updates! I understand leaving pets with others can be nerve-wracking, so I am great at providing detailed updates and pictures! Please feel free to ask me any questions🙌 I do not charge double for additional dogs + cats for drop ins or house sitting!

Sarah just watched/walked our two pitbulls while we were out of town. She was great. She was on time for her walks, left detailed notes and took lots of picture. Thank you so much, our dogs were taken care of like one of her own! Will definitely use again.

Sarah has taken care of the neighbourhood cats and pets for so long before she moved to another area! All of our neighbors loved having her take care of their pets when they were out of town for long periods of time. She is detail-oriented and respectful of house rules, etc. Such a sweet girl. Would suggest her services to anyone!

Availability
I am a college student with a flexible schedule! I drive and can do drop ins to feed, walk, and take care of cats and dogs. For house sitting, I am happy to stay overnight, or stay as many hours as you prefer. I am currently unavailable all day for Tuesdays and work on Thursdays from 8-4, but I am free after that time for any care on Thursdays. My weekends (Fridays-Sundays) are flexible for drop ins, dog walking, and house sitting. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I have class from 1-4:30pm, but I am free before and after those times. On Fridays, I only have class from 1-2:30pm. I am more than happy to work with your schedule🗓️
