I dealt exclusively with Sarah; she was very responsive, was happy to send photos when requested and was usually very quick to respond to texts. My dog is currently a little depressed because he misses being part of her pack - Sarah told me he got especially close to her puppy; now he's back to his boring old couch.... alone.
