Hey everyone, and welcome to my updated Rover profile as of October 2019! MY EXPERIENCE: I've grown up around dogs my entire life; breeds ranging from the larger pups like Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Whippets, and Retrievers, to smaller breeds like Cocker Spaniels, Terriers and Doodles. I have a passion for working with dogs, and it warms my heart to know that I'm able to care for people's dogs so they feel comfortable going away. Nothing warms my heart like a pet's reaction upon their owner's return 😊 My cocker spaniel, Lilo passed away September of 2018, and she was my 16-year-old blind, deaf baby with dementia; but regardless, caring for her throughout her life was amazing and I felt so blessed to have her in my life. If you see any pictures on my profile, she's the super curly, black Cocker Spaniel!! MY HOME: I'm currently a resident of Emeryville, CA; a short distance from Emeryville Public Market, AMTRAK, as well as nearby walking trails, gated dog parks (both small and large dog parks with lots of other pups!), and grassy areas for dogs to play around. I live in a small unit within a house, and while it provides great care for our animals, I find that it only can accommodate one boarding at a time, otherwise, I am more than happy to care for your animals in-home, do drop-ins, etc. MY BUSINESS: While I have a love & passion for working with dogs, and while this business can be super silly, I also take my business & clientele very seriously. I have committed to keeping a consistently updated Google Form on each household, as well as keeping consistent data regarding the pups in my care (medications, food schedules, care instructions, triggers, etc). Please know that if you have any questions regarding my prices, policies, services and/or care please feel free to reach out 😊 IN MY CARE: I frequently call myself a "Pho-dog-rapher" -- if you use my services, you'll be receiving tons of pics/videos of your pup! I adore all those cute faces and love sending a lot of pictures and videos throughout your pup's stay. Every time a dog is in my care, I like to think that they're on a "vacation" while their owners are away -- whether you're going on a work trip, a personal trip, or a vacay -- your pup will be in great care and will be on their own mini-vacation! I love taking dogs on trips to the park, taking them with me to run errands, and sometimes going on hikes at local trails!

Sara is so good with my dogs and my dogs are not easy (one is anxious, the other one has leash reactivity). Sara is so good and gentle at keeping up with their training. She is very good at updating us with their progress and sending pictures/videos! Sara also goes above and beyond to take care of our home! I can't recommend her enough!
Sara is absolutely the best dog sitter we ever had - our cocker Buddy is very picky and he absolutely adores her. She stayed at our house and watched him at her place and we have been thrilled with her constant messages and pictures so we know at all times what he is up to. She really gives our baby so much attention that he hates to see her leave! I would highly recommend her!
Sara was amazing with our dogs. She has an incredible connection with them. She is also responsible, responsive and trustworthy. I completely trust her with my babies! I will definitely be booking her again!
We would not trust anyone other than Sara to watch our two pups. She did an AMAZING job watching our dogs Rexie and Cody (and Rexie is a picky dog!). I would highly recommend her as a dog sitter especially to any picky dog owners out there! ❤️🐶😊

Boardings & Sittings are considered a 24 rolling period; Should you need care after the 24-hour period, a day-care charge may be applied to the total amount charged for the service [the charge will be modified on my end but communicated beforehand ? I require to schedule meet & greets prior to all services: I find it important that we both think it's a good fit, as well as discussing basic instructions, care, and preferences on my services. Again, a questionnaire must be filled out prior to the first stay providing crucial information for me to save about your pup! I also provide care for small animals, cats, and others by request!
A typical day
I keep a large bin of toys in my house! Complete with tennis balls, rope toys, chew toys, squeaky toys, etc. ! It's almost a ridiculous amount of toys for not having a dog of my own lol I love to go on long walks, hikes, and take dogs to the park to play fetch. I do require a questionnaire to be filled out regarding permission to take your dog(s) to the park, go for rides, etc.
