About Me: Hi there! I'm Sara, and I'm a passionate dog lover. I have lived with dogs my entire life, most recently with a high-needs rescue dog of my own for the past 9 years who taught me a lot about patience, understanding and love. Sadly he has passed away, and we went through a lot together which made me realize that I do not wish to make that commitment again at this point in my life. Instead, I'm hoping to get some doggy love and walks in with someone else's pooch - maybe yours! I am also a mother to two great kids, however I do not offer boarding at times I have my children in the home and this is reflected in my availability calendar, nor will my children be with me for dog walking for safety and comfort assurance. I offer personalized dog care tailored to meet the unique needs of each dog. I understand that it can be stressful for dogs to be away from their families and familiar places, and have learned strategies to help address these needs. Services Offered: Dog Walking: Whether your pup needs a quick stroll around the block or a longer adventure in the park, I'll ensure they get the exercise and attention they deserve. Some dogs are social and love a dog park and lots is fetching, some do not and I'm happy to hear from you about what experience best meets your dogs needs. Dog Boarding: Need a home away from home for your dog? My cozy, pet-friendly home provides a safe and loving environment where your furry friend can relax and play while you're away. I have no pets in my home and will only be caring for your dog. I have a yard which is not fenced, this means that whenever your dog is outside it will have my direct attention for an on-leash walk for exercise. I work during the day and depending on your dogs needs, I have flexibility to work from home if necessary, or if your dog loves people they can come be an office dog for the day! In either case I am able to ensure they get a midday walk over lunch. Passion for Pets: I genuinely love dogs and treat each furry friend as if they were my own. Your pet will receive the same love and affection they're accustomed to while in my care.
