Pups treated like family!
Pet care experience
I grew up with family dogs and since starting my own family I had 10 years experience with my family dog, Nola. Nola sadly passed away in the fall of 2020 and part of my family has been missing since then. We’re not ready for our next family dog just yet but I'd love to host yours and treat them with the same love and attention our family gave to Nola!

Sara and her family took good care of Ashton; Sara also took a lot of pictures and updated us frequently. We highly recommend them for the weekend, and we already booked Ashton's next stay with her.
Sara was so responsive, so loving to our pup and really treated him like he was their own. I loved the Instagram photos to follow their time together! Hank is tired and happy. Thanks a ton! Definitely will use again!

I live by two wonderful trails (Columbia trail & Ken Lockwood Gorge) that I have always loved going for family walks on and I'm sure your pup would love too! I have a large backyard (unfenced) that we can play in (on or off leash depending on your comfort level). I have two young children at home (1 and 4 years old) so the best fit for us would be a pup who is children friendly. Rest assured, I would never leave your pup unsupervised with our kids. I only board one pup at a time so your pup will have the most individual attention. Your pup will have free run of our house and if needed, I can gate in our kitchen area if we ever have to run out. My family always had a Sunday ritual of giving Nola a bath and we'd like to continue that with your pup as well. Upon pickup, your pup will be looking their best :)

Please let me know of any special information regarding your pup. I have experience administering oral medications. Please let me know his/her activity level and what their favorite things to do are! We would love to include your pup in our day as much as possible.
A typical day
My family is always up by 6am every day and ready to go! If your pup is ready, too, we'll play in our large yard and go for a nice morning walk on the trail. In the afternoon we gate our deck so your pup can take a sunbath. After dinner we take an evening walk through the Ken Lockwood Gorge. We can be as active or mellow as your pup needs! I will be sure to send plenty of photos and updates about how he/she is doing.

I work full time so my boarding services would only be available for weekends with pickup and drop off on Fridays and Mondays if needed.
