Pet care experience
Hi there! I am an absolute dog lover at heart and would love to be able to help those who need their dogs cared for while away. My husband and I live in Alger Heights and have two playful girls and a fenced in back yard. We go for daily walks! I would ask that all dogs/puppies are up to date on shots and puppies no younger than 6 months. We have cats as well so we would need to make sure they are compatible and show no aggression toward other animals. Must be able to provide crate for our use during your furry friend's stay! Why I love dog sitting I have always been raised with dogs, I have grown up with mixed breeds, Labs, Rottweilers, and German Shepherds. The first thing we did when we bought our new home was look at adding a canine companion and now we have two! I can never spend enough time around dogs! Meet my pets We have two playful girls, both husky mixes and they love playing with other dogs! We also have two cats. About my yard Backyard is fenced in, plenty of space for the pups to run around. It is grass covered with a few trees.

This is the second time I have had my pup stay with Sara and her family while I was out of town. I could not have asked for a better experience! It's always a fear that something might happen to your dog while you are away but it happens with these active animals and did with my pup this time around. Sara was in contact immediately and when she could not get ahold of me directly she reached out to my emergency contact. She went the extra steps to make sure my girl was taken care of in every way possible, like she was her own. It has to be stressful for the sitter and I appreciate everything Sarah did. I have and will continue to recommend her to friends and family. Great job, Sara!!!

I do not have any specific breed preferences or restrictions. We have cats, so they would have to show no aggression towards other animals. I would just like to know if there are anything that will help me take care of your dog in the best way possible! Please be prepared to provide proof that your pup is up-to-date on all vaccines, thank you for understanding that we must protect our furry family too!
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks We have a nice residential neighborhood with sidewalks and a nearby school park that we frequent, plenty of room to walk and get great exercise! Your dog's sleeping arrangement We like to keep the dog separate from the main living space at night so they will most likely be staying in our bedroom with us and our pups. Time I'll spend with your dog Depending on what time of day the dog will be here, my pup is only alone 4 hours a day mid-day but other than that, I can be home spending time with them and showing them some love!
