I miss having pets of my own more than anything. Since I live in a small apartment in Brooklyn, I can't afford to have pups of my own. I love taking care of animals in my spare time. I've watched dogs ranging from tiny Yorkies to big St. Bernard puppy mixes. I've watched kittens post surgery while their owner was at work. I've administered medicine and shots to dogs. I've even watched a gecko for a weekend. This shows my flexibility and ability to work with different animals. As a freelance worker, I would love to be able to take care of animals in my spare time to help make ends meet. There's nothing better than coming home to an animal that loves you unconditionally after a "ruff" day.
