My name is Sara. Me and my husband, Aaron, moved to Portland a little 2 years ago. We have absolutely loved it here so far! We both grew up around animals. I grew up in a small, western Idaho farming community with all sorts of different animals. Aaron grew up in the city with cats and dogs. We love the outdoors. Our summers consist of hiking, camping and river rafting. We have spent many hours researching the hikes around Portland and do a different hike most weekends (rain, snow, or sun). I am excited to do more investigating and explore the beautiful dog friendly parks around the city and close to home. I know Woodstock Park, Brentwood park, and Mt Scott Park are all very close to home. We have an 17 year old cat, named marbles, who is declawed and has spent most of her life with rambuncious Boston Terriors, Bruiser and Bane.She gets along just fine with other animals. She is totally mellow and (in true kitty style) does her best to ignore us all! Ha! We have our adorable Boston Terrier, Bane, too! He is 15 months and a little ball of energy. He LOVES playing with the big boys (dogs) and making new friends. We are excited for the oportunity to meet you and your pet! What makes me unique: -I have a very flexible schedule. -I like being outdoors, so your dog will get plenty of exercise. -I will have only one dog at a time staying with us, giving your pet plenty of attention. -We have a fenced back yard, so besides the park, your pet can play outside, leash free. -I can come to your house. -I am available year round.
