I absolutely love cats! I have had kittens, adult, and senior cats my entire life. I have plenty of experience with kittens and senior cats alike and currently have four of my own babies. Above all else, I have a lot of knowledge about cats and how they work in their own little ways. I am comfortable dealing with cats of all kinds: shy, hyper, and aloof. Outside of my personal experience with understanding how peculiar cats can be, I have cat behavioral/handling training through the Oregon Humane Society where I try to volunteer when I can. My oldest cat has diabetes so I am comfortable giving insulin injections if needed however I am not professionally trained.

Sara was able to gain my shy Princess's trust enough that she actually came out of her hiding spots. I came home to a happy and fed kitty.
I just wanted to thank you for looking after Coco and Bronco while I was away. You were very attentive and your updates and communication went way above and beyond what I expected. I understand how it feels to leave your cats at home and wonder what they're up to. Upon entering your home, I will follow your instructions with the utmost respect. Depending on your cat’s needs, I will give them 1 on 1 attention with playtime, cuddle time, and feeding them. I will also make sure to send as many pictures as you need to ease your mind when you’re away. On my way out, I will scoop/tidy up the litter box and its surrounding area. I will always provide clear communication of my visit and let you know when I have completed my visit, how it went and confirm I have locked your house back up securely.

A typical day
I will make sure to stimulate your cat mentally and physically by using their favorite toys to play with them and burn off some of that cat energy! While some cats are older and/or simply don't like playing, I will make sure my attention is focused on them for the duration of my drop-in by petting, cuddling, or simply being a presence to let them know they're not alone.
