I have 15 years of personal experience with animals. I was raised around all types of animals from a very young age this included cats, dogs, birds, horses, and chickens. My parents got me my first dog who was a black lab at the age of 5. I devoted most of my time and energy to my first dog and raised him on my own. I cared for him throughout the end of his life when he eventually passed away from cancer. I was able to gain knowledge and experience with oral and injectable medication while caring for him as well as basic senior care. My dad eventually got his own dog during my mid teenage years after the passing of my first dog who I have also helped take care of. I was in charge of pet sitting when my dad left for business trips as well as oral medication and surgery aftercare for my dads dog. I now live in an apartment with my own cat and dog and have had them for about 2 years now.
