I grew up with 2 Australian shepards so I am familiar with high energy dogs. But that aside, I have taken care of and walked countless family pets - from chihuahuas to huskies to Great danes. I have a personal interest in learning about various breeds and their different traits and characteristics. I think any dog owner or dog enthusiast needs to understand the dog's breed and influence in order to appropriately care for him/her. I love taking dogs on walks and hikes. As an active person, taking a dog out on a run or walk is part of my normal routine. Plus, I have a subaru that is easy for dog transportation either to/from where they live or for daily adventures. I've lived all over the country so am familiar with different breeds and needs.

Sara loves animals, especially dogs. We bought her first dog when she was only five years old. She help take care of these dogs up until they passed (one at age 12 and the other age 17). Sara is the go to person whenever a friend or family member needs someone to take care of their pets. She loves dogs so much, that it's not unusual if she "borrows" one from a friend for the day to join her on a hike or just to hang out with. Sara is also very careful on following strict dietary needs of dogs she owned or takes care of. I highly recommend Sara as a dog sitter - there's no one better than this girl!
Sara is one of the most caring, loving and warm-hearted individuals I know. She has dog sat for me on various occasions and has built such a rapport with my dog, Andy, that she is considered family to us. I would wholeheartedly entrust Sara with my dog any time that is necessary. Sara is diligent and completely aware of a dog's every need both physically and emotionally. I highly recommend Sara to care for anyone's dog as they will be totally and completely satisfied.
