Pet care experience
Sara and Jack are partners who live together and will provide pet care as a team. You will be messaging with Sara when booking. We've hosted dogs from 4 lbs to 50 lbs, and from 3 months to 17 years old. We ultimately love the company of a good pup and are just waiting for the right day to get one ourselves. :) Both Jack and Sara: -Grew up with family pets -Have years of experience dog sitting, dog walking, and caring for pets who are not our own -Have knowledge of dog obedience training -Are very comfortable walking a dog on a leash, including large dogs -Love dogs and their fun, playful company, but also understand the importance of good training and lots of exercise

We have years of experience nannying, dog sitting, and working in someone else's home. Additionally, we are super communicative and will always ask for permission or help if needed! We will do our best to make a comfortable and fun experience for the pet. Our space is kept clean and is a great environment for a dog. We are active and both huge dog-lovers, so we will definitely be spending time with the dog and making sure they are exercised and happy!

A typical day
We love spending time outside and enjoy a long walk, especially with a dog. We frequent Mt. Tabor park and also enjoy getting over to Hoyt Arboretum or other trails in NW Portland on the weekends. Pets are more than welcome on our bed and couch, we love doggy snuggles!

Availability
Currently, we both work from home and have plenty of time to spend looking after a dog! We live in the first floor of an apartment building and have a patio with green space outside. We are also very close to many parks and are surrounded by residential streets. We can take your dog outside frequently, as well as provide walks throughout the day. Weekends are generally very low-key and spent around the house. Your dog would be the top priority!
