I absolutely love all dogs, and I am ready to give your pups all my love, care, and attention! I have loads of experience sitting and caring for dogs of family members, friends, and roommates, and am a previous dog foster-mom myself! I fostered numerous dogs during the two years I lived in South Korea and here in DC, including multiple dogs at the same time, puppies, and a dog with some serious special health needs. I also cared for my host family's puppy while I was a Peace Corps volunteer in South Africa. My experience spans dogs of all different sizes, breeds, and needs, and am comfortable with every dog I've ever met or taken care of. I decided to become a dog sitter with Rover because I want to spend all my time with your lovable, energetic, adorable, and amazing family members (er, dogs)! I am currently working from home, and have ample time to play with and care for your pup(s). I live in a spacious apartment in the SW Waterfront neighborhood of DC, with dog park on the property and lots of green space for walks nearby. The apartment building allows dogs, and the concierge even has a stash of dog treats! I go for long walks outside daily, so your pup will get plenty of exercise (if they're up for it!), and would love to take a dog on a weekend trail hike if they enjoy that sort of thing! I will love your dog as if it were my own, and would love to send you many adorable photos while you're away. I don't have any pets of my own, so there's no need to worry about if your dog would get along with any of my own pets. I am very flexible with my schedule, and am happy to accommodate any of your (or your dog's) special requests and needs. My apartment is very metro-accessible, but I do also have a car.
