Pet care experience
Hi there! I am a full time vet tech(RVT) at a small animal practice. I have almost 15 years of experience working with animals. I started off working at a animal boarding facility where I worked for 7 years, went to school to become a vet tech and I have been working as a vet tech ever since! Since I am unable to have a dog myself (rental rules), I find myself wanting to be involved with animals on my days off from working at the animal practice. I also enjoy staying active and think there is no better way to stay fit than to walk with our lovable creatures, it's a win win!

Great dog walker! Sara walked, played with and fed my dog. She sent lots of pictures of my dog having fun, and he seemed happy and tired when I returned. My dog liked Sara as soon as he met her, and I felt very comfortable having her walk him.

Is he/she trained on a leash/harness, does he/she know any commands (heal, sit, come); does he or she get along with other dogs if he/she sees one on a walk? Food motivated? Health concerns?
A typical day
We will explore different areas walking in parks, trails, neighborhoods. I usually like to try to find a park nearby that has lots of areas to sniff and explore. I will also take into consideration any triggers your dog may have (dog reactive, leash aggressive, etc) and adjust accordingly. If your dog likes to do a certain activity or go to a certain place, I can also tailor the walk to fit that in.
