Hi, I’m Sara. Whenever I go out of town, my dogs are constantly on my mind. I’m always hoping they're happy and comfortable with a sitter while I'm away. This is what made me want to become a pet sitter – I want to make sure animals are content and cared for while they’re apart from their families. When I pet sit, I provide them with the same love and attention as I do with my own pups. I adore everything about dogs – their personalities and their love for cuddles and playtime. I’ve been a pet owner for the last 20 years. I grew up with a Bichon and currently have two canines of my own. I’ve done some dog sitting for friends and family over the years, and on weekends, I like to volunteer at the Tampa Bay Humane Society and spend time with the pups there. I live in a large two-bedroom apartment that’s perfect for small and medium-sized dogs. My complex has a brand new, fenced-in dog park where the pooches in my community can play and get some exercise. If your pet does not socialize well with other animals, there are plenty of other places we can go for a long walk. My building blocks the sun on the sidewalk in the afternoon which makes the pavement cool enough for your pup’s paws, especially in the hot summer months. I work full-time as a financial advisor. My office is about a mile from my apartment, so I come home for lunch every day. I am also able to work from home a couple days a week which makes my schedule very flexible.
