Pet care experience
I originally grew up in Iowa training and breeding dogs with my family business. After graduating I decided to move to California I then began to start my own company dog walking, overnight visits, & drop ins which has became very successful. I have also, worked as a groomer in a salon for three years. I from there went on to work in the medical veterinary field and spent several years in emergency / day practice. I am very knowledgeable in animal behavior and animal health. I have the upmost experience in taking care of your fur child while you are away. I have pretty open availability for overnight stays. With overnight stays you need to specify if I am allowed to leave for a little bit through out the day or if you are needing me there 24-7 during the stay. Overnights are different then hourly care (Price wise) If you are needing care just for a few hours or certain amount of time just during the day that is considered day care and I go by an hourly fee if I am in your home. Sara was wonderful!!! She went above and beyond to help keep things running at our house while we were gone. She was easy to communicate with and sent pictures of the pups to keep us updated. We came home to a sparkling house and super happy pups! We will definitely book Sara again!
Great communication
Sara was the best sitter for our puppy Harley! She was exactly what we were looking for and made sure to update me throughout the day with pictures and even some cute videos. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much Sara!
Our pup instantly loved Sara and we knew she would be in great hands while we were gone. Sara was very responsive and sent us updates while we were gone. We will definitely be using her again in the future!

I do not have any breed preferences, I do not breed discriminate. I love all dogs for who they are! All I want to know before I care for a dog/cat is if they have allergies, if they get along with other animals, if they have ever bitten anyone, and what their basic day to day life routine is like. That would be the most helpful to make them feel the most comfortable with me!
A typical day
If staying with me, being in an apartment now. I would take them on multiple walks per day, plus they would have other pups to hang out with (mine) given that they get along with others. I have a lot of entertainment and love to give while in my care. If we are in your neighborhood I would consider taking them to a park, dog park(if allowed), on regular walks throughout your neighborhood where they're comfortable and familiar. Fun activities are endless! That is what makes this so much fun! Since every single dog is different in their own way as far as personalities and play styles go that would mean each activity with each client would be different. If they like to play with toys, chase balls, etc. I would provide all of that and more for them. If they enjoy more of the attention and cuddling I can definitely keep them occupied doing that as well! Basically whatever your animal wants and calls for, your animal gets!

Availability
Pet care is all I know and all I have been doing for years. Its second nature, I don't have to fit it into my routine because it already is my routine. Now as we are in 2023 I have some rules on scheduling and doing services! - I will ask everyone if I will be on any cameras, this isn't personal. It is just for my own safety and knowledge. - Monday - Friday I will not be available to stay with animals 24 hours in one day, I will only be available to spend time 24-7 over the weekends. - I am completely available as of right now for overnights anytime, if these overnights are needed leading into the day time hours please message me ahead of time and see if I can do that time frame you need. - Accepting new clients - Send pictures every visit - Your animal will be happy to have me as their sitter :)
