Hello! My name is Sara and I was raised on a small farm in Missouri caring for and raising all types of animals. I bring a wealth of knowledge and a lifetime of a experience as a dog owner and competitive equestrian. I am well-versed in veterinary care and have a sharp eye for anything out of the ordinary in regards to an animal’s health. Whether you need a reliable dog walker or a trusted companion to keep your pet entertained while you're away, I am here to help. I have worked with a variety of dogs with vastly different temperaments from miniature dachshunds & Yorkies to larger breeds like German Shepherds & Great Danes. I have experience with dogs with separation anxiety, behavioral issues, various health issues, and more. I have even used Rover myself! I am a pet parent and I know how scary it can be to trust someone else with your fur-baby. But I can assure you I will treat your pet and home with the same love and compassion as I do my own.

Our CiCi pup instantly took to Sara, we felt very comfortable leaving her in Sara’s care while we were out of town . I could always count on lots of photos and updates , which was much appreciated. CiCi was clearly happy and well cared for and had a lot of fun.

A typical day
Is your pet a couch potato that just needs love and attention? Or maybe they need to get out some extra energy? I will cater my visit to your pet to provide a comfortable and safe experience. I do own a pup of my own (a rescue Pit mix) but he does not tag along with me for house-sittings or other services.

Availability
I work remotely and part-time so I am able to dedicate plenty of time to your furry friend and ensure they are getting only the best of care. This always includes a complimentary meet & greet! I am also fully background checked and carry my own private pet care insurance. Pups requiring constant care (cannot be left alone for up to 3 hours at a time) may result in additional fees. Every pup is different and I do my very best to accommodate everyone!
