Pet Loving Veteran& Rescue Dog Mom!
Pet care experience
Hi! I'm Sara, prior military and ready to be of service to your furry family members! My love for animals began with my own dog at age 6. I have been fostering sick dogs for 8 years. Caring for animals in need is a passion of mine. I would like to build relationships with pet owners in my community. I have dreams of opening my own rescue and day camp for pets in the future. My services on Rover help me to get closer to that by building trusting relationships. I truly love all animals and want to help those in need find loving forever homes! I also love training animals! Some of the animals I fostered had to be trained to walk, get down steps and function in a busy world around them. Helping them thrive and learn new skills/tricks is a joy! My rescue dog, Olive, has taught me so much. She has a very timid temperament, which requires patience and kindness. Providing this for her has allowed her to feel safe. Knowing an animal feels safe and loved with me is the greatest joy of my life.
Reviews
Sara did a fantastic job as always!!
Sara was fantastic as usual! Highly recommended!!
Sara took great care of our dogs. I can tell they enjoyed their walks with her because they were well behaved when we picked them up. They cried a little in the car when we left and they never do that so I’m sure they miss Sara.
Sara is outstanding with our pups. Highly recommended

Information Sara G. would like to know about your pet
Special needs, including food and behaviors of your pet. What is a typical potty schedule for them? If they're staying in my home for day care or boarding, they will need to be on flea medication, up to date on shots, not visibly dirty and no females in heat. What is their behavior like with other dogs? Daycare days are in 8 hour increments. 8 hours within 7am to 8pm window. You pick what works best for you! Drop off and pick up: I am flexible with drop off times and will work with you according to the time you need to drop off, or pick up, as long as we coordinate in advance. Normal pick up time is between 9 and 11 am. I will add my daycare fee if the time is changed within 24 hours. I ask that you text me when you are 30 minutes away from dropping off or picking up. I will do the same! * For DAYCARE and BOARDING: if pet is picked up later then 15 minutes of the scheduled pick up time, I will add my daycare or boarding fee as applicable. Please be aware of this when booking pickup time! * My pup Olive is current with her shots and is on flea control. We require that your kid/s be up-to-date with shots, according to their age, arrive clean and free of fleas.
A typical day
I love to play and exercise! We would run in the yard, play fetch, learn new tricks and go for walks in my neighborhood! Or if your dog is anything like mine, lay and stretch out in the warmth of the sun, while watching the neighborhood! Once exercise is taken care of, we can relax inside to rehydrate, grab a treat and snuggle. I have lots of blankets and dog beds for pets to get comfy on when it is time to rest!
