Pet care experience
I've always had a dog; a lab at first, then boston terriers. I recently had to say goodbye to my 16 year old buddy and would love to spend some time hanging out with yours! I have experience with senior dogs, providing medication and dogs with special needs. If I know the plan, I'm on top of it!

Sara did a wonderful job of taking care of our 2 pups while we were away for 10 nights. Our 1 dog can take awhile to be comfortable. Sara had her so calmed because of the affection Sara gave. Sara sent me pics and let us know what was going on almost daily. We are confident Sara was a perfect sitter to be with our dogs in our home! We hope to have Sara as our sitter for years to come!!
Sara was excellent, we will definitely look for her again! She spent some extra time and patience with our shy old girl. Sara sent pictures and status updates with every visit, she was very punctual and very reliable!

I am living in a short term rental, the downstairs of a main house which is why I don’t have dogs stay overnight. I love spending time outside and would really enjoy having my time spent with a dog that is also looking for a fun day. Cuddling and hanging out at home is also welcomed - whatever your dog's speed, I will match it.

Please let me know how long your dog is comfortable being alone, if they need to be crated, if they have medications or a specific potty schedule, do they expect 'people food', any triggers for nerves or anxious behavior.
A typical day
Columbia is packed with trails and walkable areas. If your dog doesn't mind running into others (humans and pets alike!), I'm happy to venture out to their favorite places.

Availability
I am fairly new to the area and am working in Columbia. I have the ability to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. But, will go into the office the other days. If I know in advance, I can schedule a midday stop if necessary. I have a few things that are a part of my regular routine and if I'm staying with your dog, I'd like the opportunity to head out for a couple hours at a time (errands, gym, etc.)
