My family fostered dogs and cats of all ages and characters for my entire life. I've carried on the tradition in my adult life taking in those with nowhere else to go and finding happy homes (if it didn't end up being my own). I've even done daily drop bys pro bono for those in need. Animals need love and I love to provide it. You know that guest who comes to a party and finds the dog to hang out with instead of socializing? That's me. When my neighbor's dog fell ill she came to me for guidance, I sent her to the vet, but it felt good knowing how much I was trusted. When my other neighbor's puppy snuck out and ran off she came to me and thanks to quick thinking and Facebook networks we found her 20 minutes later. I'm the one my friends call for all things animal and it's a great point of pride for me.
